Cultismele literare în Coronación de Juan de Mena

Abstract

"In this article we propose new attestations for several bookish borrowings entered into Spanish from medieval Latin. Our contribution consists in the etymological and chronological analysis of the cultured borrowings extracted from Coronación. We also draw attention to the defective way in which the issue of dating – a major component of any historical dictionary – is sometimes treated in DCECH."
