Abstract

This research work explains the new video coding technique known as Wyner-Ziv video coding and its transmission over fading wireless channels. We have modeled the Wyner-Ziv codec with wireless channel. Impairments of the wireless channel (both noise and fading) are considered in the improvement of the Wyner-Ziv decoder.
