Message from the General Chair

Abstract

We are pleased to welcome all the participants of the SBAC-PAD 2003, held in São Paulo, State of São Paulo. In this fifteenth edition, the support of SBC, IFIP, and IEEE Computer Society, and the publishing of the proceedings by IEEE contributed significantly to the quality of the selected papers, which were chosen from a lot of submissions. Invited talks to be conducted by prominent researchers and selected tutorials on important topics of this Symposium will be presented.
