Abstract
In this study, the analytic hierarchy process was applied to construct the assessment indexes for intelligent elderly residential space, and the quantitative evaluation criteria was used to provide references for the construction and improvement of intelligent elderly residential space. Firstly, the present construction status and social needs of the intelligent elderly residential space were summarized by collecting and sorting out the relative literatures, and six assessment frameworks were developed. Then, expert questionnaire was prepared, the degree of mutual influence among the indexes was assessed and the weight corresponding to each framework was calculated.
