Abstract

In recent years, the development of Information Technology has changed the way people works across various fields. Without exception, libraries are one of them that automates the services through different approaches to abide by the growing trend. Therefore, this research is conducted to identify the appropriateness to automate the library services of Asia Pacific University (APU) by realising the staff-less and 24-hour library concepts.
