Abstract

В статье исследуются конституционно-правовые основания реализации демографической функции современного российского государства, анализируются основные подходы понимания функций государства вообще и демографической в частности, подвергаются анализу отдельные аспекты демографической политики Российской Федерации. The article examines the constitutional and legal grounds for the implementation of the demographic function of the modern Russian state, analyzes the main approaches to understanding the functions of the state in general and demographic in particular, analyzes certain aspects of the demographic policy of the Russian Federation.
