Abstract

In this paper, we discuss an energy focus method based on spatial-frequency discrete sources in microwave bands. The method introduces multiple discrete frequency source and setup several interleaved working bands. Because the amplitude and phase of discrete frequency sources are more easily controlled, this method is easier to realize the good focusing results in complex environment compared with the wideband continuous wave sources. By means of simulation analysis with annular antenna array, we discuss and analyze the focusing effect of this method. It has potential to be used in the field of medical and biological heating.
