Abstract

Characteristics of microstrip microwave oscillator variants controlling by a voltage on a varactor diode are presented in the oscillating system, which is formed on the base of the open dielectric resonator. Our aim is the solution of the task to develop the voltage-controlled oscillator with a low level of phase noise spectral density for its application in devices with the analog phase-locked loop for frequency control.
