ITCE 2019 Preface

Abstract

On behalf of 2019 International Conference on Innovative Trends in Computer Engineering (ITCE’2019) organizing committee, I am thrilled to present carefully selected high quality manuscripts in all the conference tracks that will presented at the conference sessions in Aswan, Egypt, on February 2 nd -4 th , 2019. ITCE’2019 is organized by Faculty of Engineering, Aswan University in cooperation with National Telecommunication Regulation Authority (NTRA). ITCE’2019 is under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Ahmed Ghallab, Aswan University President. Moreover, special thanks go to Prof. Ayman Othman, Aswan University Vice President for Graduate studies and Research and Prof. Loai Nasrat, Engineering Faculty Dean. ITCE’2019 put the spot lights on the novel ideas in selected fields of computer engineering. Also, ITCE’2019 covers three promising research areas; advanced control and robotics, electronics/communication and computation methods in power systems. The high scientific and technical quality of the conference is well reflected in the quality of the manuscripts contained in this proceeding. Among the 146 (from 18 countries; Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Hungary, Spain, Japan, P.R. China, Singapore, Canada, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Iraq, Korea, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Lebanon, Tunisia and Poland) submissions, only 100 manuscripts are accepted for inclusion in the Conference program, with 68% acceptance ratio. The conference proceedings are published as IEEE conference proceeding and indexed in IEEE explorer. At this moment, around 135 participants are already registering for the conference attendance and participation from 14 countries, in addition to 3 industrial exhibitors, 5 invited talks, 90 oral talks, and 10 posters. ITCE’2019 organizing committee would like to express the deepest appreciation to the conference sponsors; Sohag High Institute for Engineering and Technology, Sohag High Institute for Computer Science and Management Technology, New Tech Acad for Networks Solutions, Arabia for Science and Technology, JC for Marketing and Advertising, French-Egyptian company for Cables, UMR Industries. I wish to express my gratitude to the conference technical program committee who provided the necessary volunteer time and expertise to conduct a fair and detailed review, ensuring high publication standards for the selected manuscripts.
