Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe motivation, school organizational culture, work discipline and teacher performance in the Office of the Regional Coordinator for Education, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency and to analyze the influence of motivation and school organizational culture on teacher performance with teacher work discipline as an intervening variable. 学校组织的动机和文化通过工作纪律对教师表现的影响
摘要本研究以莫兰蒂群岛县让桑区教育区域协调员办公室为研究对象,探讨动机、学校组织文化、工作纪律与教师绩效的关系,并以教师工作纪律为中介变量,分析动机与学校组织文化对教师绩效的影响。本研究采用定量方法。本研究人口为莫兰蒂群岛县让桑区教育区域协调办公室的54名教师,本研究样本采用人口普查抽样法确定为54人。本研究运用多元PLS的扫描电镜方法,结果显示:朗桑莫兰蒂群岛教育文化街道区教师的动机、组织文化、工作纪律和教师绩效协调员表现良好,动机对纪律的影响为正向显著,组织文化对纪律的影响为正向显著,动机对绩效的影响为正向显著,组织文化对纪律的影响为不显著。组织文化对绩效的影响是正向且不显著的,纪律对绩效的影响是正向且显著的,动机在工作纪律的干预下对绩效的影响是正向且显著的,组织文化对绩效的影响是正向且不显著的
