Legal aspects of social responsibility of hospitality enterprises in the field of environmental safety

Abstract

The article discusses the issues of legal regulation of the application of environmental management principles in the activities of organizations providing temporary accommodation services. According to the concept of social responsibility of entrepreneurial activity, the necessity of forming an environmental management system in the management of a hotel enterprise is justified. The provisions of the Russian legislation defining the requirements in the field of environmental safety imposed on organizations in the course of their activities are analyzed.
