This research was conducted using factorial of complete randomized design with 2 treatment. The first factor with 6 arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal treatments. The second factor with 4 corn varieties. Data was analyzed statistically with the F-test at the 5% significance level, significant differences were further tested using Duncan’s Multiple Range Test also at 5% level. The dose 25 grams of FMA is the best dose for growth of all varieties tested. The results of the correlation analysis indicate that the increase or decrease in the percentage of roots infected by FMA during the vegetative period will greatly affect the percentage of roots infected by FMA during harvesting. 本研究旨在评价丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)对煤矿微量土壤中几种玉米品种生长的影响。本研究采用完全随机设计,两种处理。第一因子为6根丛枝菌根真菌处理。第二个因子是4个玉米品种。数据在5%显著性水平下采用f检验进行统计学分析,在5%显著性水平下采用Duncan’s Multiple Range Test进一步检验显著性差异。25克FMA是所有品种生长的最佳剂量。相关分析结果表明,营养期根系侵染率的增减将对收获期根系侵染率产生较大影响。每穗粒重与穗长、穗径有较强的相关性。关键词:剂量,玉米品种,菌根真菌,尾矿土
