In particular, the use of intangible cultural heritage assets as a tourism product is preferred and considered by many successful destinations nowadays. This study examines the Kalandar celebrations, representing the new year customs and conventions, peculiar to the Eastern Black Sea Region, within the scope of intangible cultural heritage tourism. Based on the rich and unique culture of the region, Kalandar celebrations have an important tourism potential as a living heritage element. In this respect, it is important to examine the Kalandar celebrations to create a tourism demand based on cultural heritage and to diversify the tourism supply of the region. Abstract
Cultural heritage tourism has an important position in the global tourism market regarding the significance of supply and demand.
