Abstract

Based on characteristics investigation of reactive power dispatch conditions of present high-voltage distribution networks (HVDNs) in China, a two layer optimal reactive power dispatch (ORPD) model has been proposed in which all the decision variables are discrete types in order to reduce the combination decision space; open-source MATPOWER procedure is taken as the power flow calculation module after turning the three windings transformer into two windings model. An enhanced Genetic Algorithm (EGA) is developed and the simulations have proven that the proposed model and algorithm are effective and efficient.
高压配电网两层无功优化调度模型及应用
在研究当前中国高压配电网无功调度条件特点的基础上,为了减小组合决策空间,提出了一种决策变量均为离散型的两层最优无功调度模型;将三绕组变压器变为两绕组模型后,采用开源的MATPOWER程序作为潮流计算模块。提出了一种改进的遗传算法(EGA),并通过仿真验证了该模型和算法的有效性。
