The system is able to display readings for the pulse rate (BPM) and oxygen level (SpO2) locally. The system is constructed using a controller, a sensor, and the processing IDE software to display the graphic user interface (GUI). It shows real-time data with a minimal reading error range of 2–3% when compared with market design. This does not affect the final judgement about the medical condition of a user. The system would be useful for home-care patients, namely those who are suffering from heart diseases and people who need a home-care system.
