Creation of students' self-assessment forms using information technologies

Abstract

This paper introduces a complex software solution developed to support self-assessment of students at primary and high schools. Different templates are created using an application, which allows generating any kind of self-assessment form. Then, the templates are used in a web application, which offers a simple graphical user interface for practical usage of the forms. Hereby, we explain the process of software development and discuss its basic functionalities.
