In essence, BIM, as a new technology concept, refers to the functional features of digitization and informatization in the process of construction engineering and project management, and provides shareable data resources throughout the life cycle of the project. BIM technology takes the digital model of project engineering as the core of application. Based on the integration of relevant information, it can provide integrated and shared data for all phases and participants of project construction, which not only reduces the overall operation cost but also improves the efficiency of project management. Abstract
