Abstract

In this study, homo-polymerization of N-(4-nitrophenyl) acrylamide (NPA) monomer was performed and firstly poly(NPA) homopolymer was synthesized in the literature. The structure of synthesized homopolymer was chemically characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopic techniques and elemental analysis.
