Abstract
We have conducted ADL cognitive cooking rehabilitations for dementia patients and higher brain dysfunction people to promote their self-reliance. This paper focuses on attention behavior during cooking rehabilitation. We propose a cooking attention behavior model integrating an attention flow extracted from a cooking task model in a top-down manner with a saliency map configured from an early human vision model in a bottom-up manner. Moreover, we systematize the proposed model as five attention behavior indexes that are derived from the recognition outputs of cooking state and propose a reflection support system based on their indexes. Finally we verify the validity and reliability of the proposed system through evaluation experiments.
