The Dimming of the Shining City

Abstract

Our nation has been reduced from the ideals of its founding by forces inherent in our contemporary culture. What results is a nation that has failed the test of the pandemic as evidenced by preventable excess morbidity and mortality...and the loss of my patient's father.
