Abstract

This paper reports a fully-integrated multi-output CMOS power regulator designed for telemetry-powered implantable microsystems. It is comprised of a CMOS full-wave bridge rectifier, a wide-range multi-output voltage reference and DC level shifter circuits, and three linear voltage regulators.
