The Notarial Writ of Execution on a Loan Agreement: Challenging Issues

Abstract

The article deals with topical issues of interaction between banks and a notary through such forms as a notary’s executive inscription on a loan agreement. The features and special rules for making a notary’s writ of execution on a loan agreement are analyzed, some proposals are made to improve legislation on challenging a notary’s writ of execution by a debtor on a loan agreement.
