This issue's suggested reading summary comes from member Eitan Frachtenberg, a visiting professor of computer science at Reed College. He and colleague Rhody Kaner are studying gender gaps in the HPC community, and sent this summary of their paper, "Representation of Women High-Performance Computing Conferences."
