Abstract

Germany';s “Industry 4.0” and “Made in China 2025” are of great significance to the new industrialization construction and points out the direction for the development of traditional industries. The new industrialization road emerges at the historic moment and the construction of intelligent and information-based cement factories has become the general trend.
