Abstract

The article describes stages of development of human genomics, which are the most significant ones for understanding of readiness of the society for consequences of the genetic revolution that has already started. Within the framework of such problem setting, the legal science faces the task of understanding whether the desire of the mankind to overcome genetic inequality of people will lead to even more inadmissible inequality forms.
