Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted from December 2019 to June 2020, involving 400 workers from 12 medium-sized industrial and handicraft facilities in Hue City. Results: The results showed that only 21.3% of the workers had good knowledge about occupational hygiene, 62.2% of them had good attitude, and 45.8% of them had good practices. Factors related to knowledge included marital status, type of occupation, and seniority (p<0.05). Factors related to attitude included age and form of work (p<0.05). Factors related to practice included gender, age, seniority, and break time (p<0.05). Conclusions: Overall, the KAP on occupational hygiene among workers was found to be inadequate.
