Abstract

Accurately modeling many physical and biological systems requires simulating at multiple scales. This results in large heterogeneous data sets on vastly differing scales, both physical and temporal. To address the challenges in multi-scale data analysis and visualization we have developed and successfully applied a set of tools, which we described in this paper.
