Pendampingan Tata Kelola Arsip dalam Mendukung Good Governance

Abstract

The purpose of this assistance is to train and provide guidance on archive management in supporting administrative services in three villages, namely Tulangan, Gununganyar, and Ketapanrame Villages. The method of assistance carried out is by providing guidance and training offline starting from preparation, coordination, implementation and evaluation. Mentoring activities are practiced directly by FORKMASA (Forum Masyarakat Sadar Arsip) Universitas Bhayangkara Surabaya. Assistance is carried out by identifying family archive system problems, then providing assistance and guidance on family archive management, assistance as well as monitoring and evaluation in family records management. The end result of the expected assistance is to provide great benefits for the village, such as assisting the village in managing family archives well, increasing public awareness about the importance of family archives and documentation. Factors that become obstacles in the process of managing records in the three villages are due to inadequate infrastructure, difficulties related to funds or capital, and the competence of human resources who have not been trained in their fields, so that they do not run optimally.
