Abstract

The results of theoretical and experimental studies of composite material based on a non-organic binder and a carbon tape, on the surface of which a copper coating was deposited, are presented. The copper coating of 100 nm thickness was deposited on two sides by the magnetron sputtering method. Layers of the carbon tape were bonded by soldering before impregnation. It allowed us to increase interlaminar shear strength of composite material. Impregnation was performed by the vacuum infusion method. As a result, interlaminar shear strength was increased by 70%. The main advantage of such composite materials is high values of heat resistance, which are higher than 1000 °С.
