The degree of ATCs occupational burnout had statistical difference between the groups of different ERI stress level (P<0.05). Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that job burnout level of ATCs was affected by social support scores, effort scores and ERI stress level (P<0.05). A large proportion of ATCs had occupational stress and occupational burnout.
