Abstract
This paper realized an algorithm which had expedient modeling and high computer speed for large structures based on FDTD-PIC method. With this algorithm the microwave tubes with integrative structure or antenna could be simulated without worry of memory limited. It's important when the result of experiment was disagree with separate design. Finally with a simulation of a MILO and integrative antenna, the correctness of algorithm had been validated.
