Abstract

The article discusses the types and methods of achieving the reliability of information in information systems in order to ensure the quality of logistics services, taking into account the ways of describing the dynamics of changes occurring in them with simultaneous formalization of this description.The complexity of formalization lies in the combination of various typical factors characterizing this system and including a combination of social, economic and technical factors.
