Using SPSS narrative statistics, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, Pearson Productmoment Correlation Analysis, etc. Empirical research results: (1) The closer the “service innovation” is launched, the more it has a positive impact on “customer satisfaction”; (2) the stability and quality of “service quality” has a positive impact on “customer satisfaction”.
