NASIG Tenth Anniversary Conference Panel

Abstract

In 1986, the first annual North American Serials Interest Group (NASIG) conference took place June 22nd through June 26th at Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Amidst the Gothic towers and the grassy lawns, NASIG became a reality and grew to be a major organization in the library/serials world. In honor of our tenth anniversary in 1995, we go back in time to explore the people, the places, the motivation, and the influences that made NASIG what it is today.
