The practice of evidence-based care is one of the ways to improve the quality of nursing care. This article outlines the evolution of evidence-based nursing, elaborates the role and impediment to the application of evidence-based nursing by nurse practitioners, and the revolution of professional nurse practitioners’ education was discussed. At the end of the article, two actual clinical cases were presented.
