Abstract

This paper is devoted to the problem of analytical description of the Greek cross as piezotransducer with the aid of z/sub ij/ resistances. An analytical view of the matrix of z/sub ij/ resistances for Greek cross is obtained. An experimental investigation of the Greek cross-shaped piezoresistive element is hold. Very good accordance between theory and experiment is observed.
