The results also showed that the synthesized magnetic theophylline had high purity. Moreover, the magnetic properties of two kinds of magnetic molecules were measured by using vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) analysis, and the coercivity and other important data could be determined from the hysteresis loops. It was concluded that the two molecules were paramagnetic. Abstract

In this study, magnetic theophylline and adenine were synthesized and characterized.
