In this paper, a mathematical model for the vibration analysis of a tracked vehicle subjected to random excitation is proposed. The excitation force is a nonlinear function of the road wheel displacement. The linearization method is considered to analyze stochastic dynamical system. The results show that the precision of bounce and pitch acceleration of the vehicle body is improved by using the equivalent linearization method. Abstract
