This paper proposed new apps which embedded with diagnosis, monitoring, prescribing and precaution information in one platform. A knowledge-based algorithm will be used to facilitate this application software for performing various applications intelligently. The application is communicated with the physician, clinic and pathologist through the cloud server. This app is able to communicate with the cloud server to perform the patients' diagnosis. Physician also able to revert the prescription to the patients in real time basis.
