Application engineering: framework and implementation model

Abstract

The recent explosion in the range, power, diversity and complexity of information technologies renders obsolete traditional 'cookbook' approaches to application development methodology. This paper presents an innovative methodology framework that integrates the various disciplines involved in developing total business solutions, and provides a model for implementing the framework within the context of a process management program.<>
