Abstract

This paper has the main purpose to present the design of a wireless power transfer system (WPTS) from the practical point of view, from design to implementation phase. Therefore, the following have been considered: design and simulation of a wireless receiver, physical analysis of the wireless receiver circuit, the design of the WPTS and the practical implementation and simulation of the WPTS. By checking the physical functioning of the proposed circuit, one confirms that what has been achieved through simulation and computation is correct. This can easily connect the theoretical aspects to the practical ones in the educational process, in the domain of wireless power transmission.
