It is thought that a part of data that was not able to be acquired can be solved. Abstract

The UN expects that the population of the urban zone reaches 68% of the population at large by 2050. The demand of the susutainable infrastructure development has risen so that rapid urbanization may cause problems of air pollution, congestion, and the negative environmental impact increase, etc.To make the sustainable urban development efficiency, ISO 37153 (Smart community infrastructures — Maturity model for assessment and improvement) [1] provides the method of the assess and the improvement as an International Standard.
