Synchronous e-learning (S-EL) was then employed to ensure the teaching and learning activities to run as scheduled. The decision was made when most of the universities in Vietnam had insufficient preparation for this mode of learning. This paper attempted to provide an objective evaluation of S-EL implementation among public universities in Vietnam. Abstract
