Abstract

Image deblurring is one of challenging problems in computer vision. A various studies of deblurring have been reported. When one applies any deblurring technique, one have to appropriately set some parameters which affect the deblurring result materially. However, the appropriate parameter settings are not easy task, especially for non-experts. In this paper, we propose a high-usability deblurring filter which enables us to choose the appropriate parameters easily. First, three necessary conditions for the high-usability deblurring filter are shown. Then, we design the high-usability deblurring filter which satisfies three conditions. Experiments using real images demonstrate that the deblurring effect of the proposed filter can be controlled linearly to the single parameter.
