Pharmacological approaches, including benzodiazepines, dopaminoagonists, levodopa and antiepileptics, showed substantial inter-individual variability of efficacy and side effects. We report the case of a woman who did not respond to any previous pharmacological treatment, successfully treated with hydroxyzine hydrochloride.
