Pravo stranaca na zapošljavanje

Abstract

The subject of this paper is analysis of normative framework of the law that regulates the right of foreigners to employment in the Republic of Serbia, in the light of the latest amendments to the Law on Foreigners and the Law on Employment of Foreigners. The increased volume of economic migrations has also initiated the adoption of a document which determines the guidelines of public policies in this area. The general impression is that these initiatives aim to create an attractive business environment, which should not deviate from the European concept of the right to free access to the labour market.
