Abstract

Results of observation of three eclipses of the Sun are presented for the 31st of May, 2003 at wavelengths 8.2 and 13.5 mm, the 3rd of October, 2005 at wavelengths 2.0; 2.3; 2.8 and 3.5 cm; the 29th of March, 2006 at wavelength 2 cm on RT-22 SRI CrAO. The distributions of radio brightness are resulted in the areas of the quiet Sun and coronal holes. The characteristic sizes for radio granulation of patterns are determined.
