Learning leaders need to have guiding conceptions of school leadership, but there are numerous ways that leadership can be described, as Michelle Anderson explains.Good leadership involves developing future leaders in the organization who can improve the organization further, and should be embedded in the school community, which means a shared responsibility for a shared purpose of community.
