Result. The performances of 36 departments are evaluated comprehensively and objectively, wherein the performances of the departments with the serial numbers 20, 32, 19, 18, 3, 2, and 1 are in the lead, and the departments are classified into first-class and second-class departments. Abstract

AbstractObjective.
