The evaluation of training effectiveness was analyzed using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that: (1) more than 95% of teachers believed that the use of AI platforms, can enhance the training effect. (2) Training was able to meet individualized learning needs with good overall satisfaction. 基于人工智能平台的高校教师个性化培训模式实证研究
